When does the programme start?

The Regulated to Change programme opens for presale in April, with the full launch May 20th” rest is all good

This is practical from day one. Alongside the lessons, you’ll receive a library of nervous system and mind–body tools designed to be used in everyday life. The intention isn’t to overload you with information — it’s to give you simple, repeatable practices that actually support the learning in real time.

No. This programme is educational and skill-based. It focuses on building awareness, agency, and nervous system capacity in the present moment. It can sit alongside therapy if you’re already in it, but it isn’t a replacement for professional care.

Not at all. You don’t need any background in mindfulness, nervous system work, or therapy. Everything starts from the foundations and meets you exactly where you are.

While I want this work to stay as open and accessible as possible, it may not be appropriate for individuals currently experiencing severe psychiatric conditions, active suicidal ideation, recent suicide attempts, substance abuse, or addiction. If you’re unsure, it’s always best to speak with a qualified healthcare professional first. Your safety and wellbeing come before anything else.

Yes — and many people find this to be one of the most supportive parts of the experience. You’ll have the option to join our private Circle community, a space to connect with others who are exploring the same work and asking similar questions.

Inside the community you can share reflections, learn from different perspectives, and take part in moderated forums and optional live webinars. It’s a chance to feel less alone in the process and to grow alongside people who value nervous system awareness and personal development just as much as you do.
The community is there if you want that added layer of connection and support, but it’s not required to complete the 21-day programme.

There are 10 core lessons, each lasting between 10–20 minutes.

Every lesson includes a guided practice to help deepen your understanding and integrate what you learn.

You’ll also receive a bundle of exercises and resources, so you can revisit the material and continue practicing in your own time.

No. The 21 days are a structure, not a race. Some people move straight through, others stretch it out and repeat sections. Both are completely valid. The aim is integration, not speed. You’re learning to work with your own rhythm, and that’s part of the practice.
